The Ministry Implementation Team (MIT)  is a new group that is made up  of area/vision leaders in our church . This group meets bi-monthly to check in, share plans and evaluate the progress of our programs. Secondly, this team also helps cover some areas of the church where official leadership or structure doesn't exist. This team  can plan events, evaluate the spiritual needs of our church and seek to meet those needs.

Lisa Lindsay is the chairperson of this group.
