How Do I Become a Member of Calvary United Methodist Church?
If you would like to unite with this congregation, you may do so by:
1) Profession of faith and baptism.
2) Profession of faith alone, when baptism took place at an earlier age.
3) Reaffirmation of faith when previous church membership has lapsed.
4) Letter of transfer from another church.
